“訂了一星期住宿，入住2天後有緊要事要離開，竟然不能退餘下的住宿！expedia客服和酒店客服互相推，態度還非常差”

“I I liked it, but it doesn’t have that Taj feel to it. There were places that were quite dirty, and some details that shouldn’t be happening in a hotel like Taj. Or overall, I would give a seven out of 10”

“A secure hotel. Helpful staff. Hotel is popular amongst auto rickshaws and Uber. Banks situated outside the hotel, to exchange your foreign currency, where you get a better rate.”

“We've stayed here because the rating was excellent, 9.0/10.0. But the hotel is mediocre; room was small, in need of some room upgrade. Staff wasn't particularly friendly, especially the supervisor looked grumpy, directing his staff in unfriendly manners. I'd have to say it wasn't terrible, but the rating was very misleading that caused my disappointment. No western food for breakfast, but very many western food n nearby. Definately something to consider when you choose this hotel.”

“酒店对面有个小商场，药店之类的，还比较方便。周边环境比较乱，但离高速路很近，交通便利。房间干净整洁，服务还不错。就是没有区分吸烟和无烟房，做无烟处理效果不好，房间窗户又不能开，有点郁闷。”
