We became very ill the day that we were supposed to check in. I had also purchased Hotel Booking Protection yet the hotel refused to give us a refund. Terrible policy. Who in their right mind would want to become ill on a trip? You would prefer to have ill people staying at your hotel?

Convenient location, very good breakfast, room was clean. Bed needs updating though, it was old and lumpy.

The backup pillow and bedsheet inside the closet are stink and have bed smell. And the sofa bed has a big hole. We requested to replace the pillow and bedsheet because we need to use it to sleep in the sofa bed, but nobody came despite two attempts to talk with the cleaner in the lobby. Later we had to go down to the front desk to get it in person.
