「This is a great 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, villa (with an extra open room on top floor) with heaps of spaces and balconies. Has all the amenities you'd expect. The staff were amazing, will run errands, cook dinner, babysit, pick up shopping etc. It's a short walk to a few restaurants and about 300m to Balangan beach. The view from the balcony is ok, can see the cliffs, and the swell, but not quite the surf, Nice to sit up there and watch the sunset. 」

「We were warmly welcomed into our accommodation on arrival. Bob, Lydia and staff could not have done more for us - we were treated as friends. Our stay was truly relaxing experience and we saw yet another amazing side of Bali. all for making our stay such a wonderful relaxing experience. PS Lydia’s cooking is amazing ❤️🌸❤️」

「The hotel is an old hotel with best location on the beach. It was a family trip with two toddlers, we were staying at the cottage suite. Love the restaurant - good food with best view possible, Love the pool - big and kids friendly, The room is a bit outdated, and you could find spiders, gecko, and ants in the room, it's not their fault, they were there before humans are, but i am a bit frighten. 」

「We had a good time in Balangan abd stayed two nights at the Aman Gati Hotel. Although overall the place is very nice, the service provided was very bad or non existent. First when I called the hotel 1 day before arrival they couldn’t find our reservation and they asked to resend the confirmation email which I did send to the email they told me. Over the phone I also asked for a driver to pickup at airport but received no confirmation over email or phone. When we arrived at the hotel I received...

「酒店的設計很美，不可以用單反拍照，但是checkin時才知道，要拍的話，要付1000多元...無奈 房間復古設計，但真的是復古到連電插面也不夠..淋浴設備水壓很弱，而且時冷時熱.. 晚上1點房外保安人員談天房間清晰聽到，早上8時spa在進行清拆工程，超強澡音，睡不了.. 房間蟲子也很多，早上還發現床上有蟲子死屍，身上也有被蟲咬.. 還有房間沒有熱水器，要到餐廳拿... 我在峇里住了4間酒店，這間真的是太差了，酒店職員連看到您也不多理會您，價錢也不值，職員態度也不好」

「在櫃臺ｃｈｅｃｋ　ｉｎ入住後,進入房間準備梳洗. 但浴室竟然沒有熱水． 我撥打電話詢問櫃臺, 櫃臺回答熱水供應系統壞了.我進一步詢問我必須 洗個澡，能怎麼處理？對方不耐煩回答：我很抱歉你要洗澡,但沒有熱水． 櫃臺在接到我詢問電話的第一時刻，不需要查詢瞭解，就可以立即回覆熱水供應系統壞掉，顯然這個狀持續了一段時間．那為何稍早在我 ｃｈｅｃｋ　ｉｎ時沒有告知？一直到隔天上午１１點退房時，仍然沒有熱水供應．顯然飯店也沒打算解決這個問題． 待客態度極差，我以後不會再來，也不建議其他旅客入住．　　 」
