「We had a good time in Balangan abd stayed two nights at the Aman Gati Hotel. Although overall the place is very nice, the service provided was very bad or non existent. First when I called the hotel 1 day before arrival they couldn’t find our reservation and they asked to resend the confirmation email which I did send to the email they told me. 「在櫃臺ｃｈｅｃｋ　ｉｎ入住後,進入房間準備梳洗. 但浴室竟然沒有熱水． 我撥打電話詢問櫃臺, 櫃臺回答熱水供應系統壞了.我進一步詢問我必須 洗個澡，能怎麼處理？對方不耐煩回答：我很抱歉你要洗澡,但沒有熱水． 櫃臺在接到我詢問電話的第一時刻，不需要查詢瞭解，就可以立即回覆熱水供應系統壞掉，顯然這個狀持續了一段時間．那為何稍早在我 ｃｈｅｃｋ　ｉｎ時沒有告知？一直到隔天上午１１點退房時，仍然沒有熱水供應．顯然飯店也沒打算解決這個問題． 待客態度極差，我以後不會再來，也不建議其他旅客入住．　　 」

「房間裝修設備都不錯，可是水壺很髒，被子跟床單更髒，勉強睡了一晚，第二天要求更換，晚上7點回去還沒有換，追問負責人，本來說已經換了，後來又說床單拿去洗了，8點送回來給我們換，酒店很安靜，露台景色很好，可以有些事情沒有交代清楚，像出門坐Buggy的安排，什麼的都要WhatsApp練習職員才可以，就是如果什麼都列清楚了會更好。」

「Aircon is only ok for 1 room (the only one with separate aircon unit, others are central aircon) out of a 4 bedroom villa, no hot water, and no water at times. Common area (tv and dining area) and kitchen is not aircon (well maybe i didn't study more thoroughly before I book), and very hot without usable fans (there's 1 big fan is above dining table but i can feel 0 effect of the wind created by this fan, more like making the roof look good rather than being used as a fan).
