「I drove a Proton but could not reach the hotel because the car could not go up the one way bumpy and steep road. This hotel is not suitable for people driving a small car or not powerful car. The hotel offered a staff to drive the car but not accepted as the driver was not covered in the insurance. The hotel charged one night room charge. It is not worthwhile for my family to take such risk to drive up the dangerous steep and bumpy road during the vacation. 」

But this is a very basic accommodation, and the bathroom was in need of some repair. The owner and family were very helpful and accommodating, and in general the people in this area are very nice. This is a great location for views of Mt Kinabalu, and for local hikes, and also for visiting the Desa Dairy Farm.」
