"The beach on the property was awesome. The guys on the ATV's on the beach need to minimize there trips past the chairs with umbrellas, they went back and forth too much. They also need to travel down the sides of the chairs not through the middle divide of the chairs. "

"This condo is nicely situated with about a 20 minute scenic walk to the beach across a lava field and fish ponds. The patio looks out at the golf course and has a great BBQ. Accommodations were excellent with comfortable beds, spices, and more than enough detergent/soap. One negative was that the dishwasher did not clean the dishes adequately, so we found some dishes with food residue in the cabinet and hand washed our dirty dishes for the week. "My wife and I usually stay one of the big ocean side resorts, decided to try VRBO. Waikoloa Village is different, quiter and little cooler weather. The condo was awesome, reminded us of our own condo in the mountains. Super clean, all the amenities, everything was easy. Staying at a condo away from resort made us get out and explore more, and we found new things to do even though it was our 6th time on the Big Island. Awesome vacation."

"The townhome was as described in the photos. Amazing sunsets and views of the golf course. The owners were very responsive and communicated via text to see if everything was ok. There is lots to do in the area. We went night snorkeling with the manta rays, watched sunset and stargazed at the top of Mauna Kea and golfed at the Waikoloa beach golf course. The pool area is great and the beach is close by. Everything was great - I would recommend the townhome to family and friends."

"This property was exactly as described and pictured. It was spacious, clean and quiet. The inclusion of a pass to the Mauna Lani Beach Club is very nice to have as it gives you free access to the gated parking lot, and to the cabanas and beach loungers (first come, first served). Snorkelling was also pretty good at this beach. "

Neighbors are right close because the property is long and narrow BUT the way the yard is bordered by trees/other plant life you do get privacy. "I have stayed at this property many times, as I enjoy it for business. However, this was the first time I was given a room with no shower, only a tub. I was a bit confused as 1. This has never happened to me and 2. The Room Type description says that there is a tub and shower. If having a shower is a dealbreaker for you, use this review as a warning to make sure you double check when you check-in. Other than this recent experience, I enjoy this property. "
