「Overall it was a pleasant stay! Great location, spacious room and posh lobby and restaurants. However, we had a higher expectation since it’s “Grand hotel” we are taking about. I think the quality of breakfast could be improved. It’s quite “average” or even basic for me. On our second day of stay there was a power outage….😅」

「Hermoso hotel clásico con un tren gratuito para los huéspedes que los deja en el centro histórico. Tanto el spa como los restaurantes y las habitaciones son de primer nivel. Solo critico que el bar y los restaurantes cierran muy temprano. Deberían estar al menos hasta las 23 El personal si no lo saludas , ellos no lo hacen En términos generales recomiendo ampliamente el spa hotel Imperial 」

「They informed me that they can't take the credit card for payment therefore I had to go to the bank and withdraw money. when I arrived, The room was tidy but It was too cold. i couldn't sleep. i also found out that bin in toilet was full. i guess that they forgot to empty the bin. i would never recommend this hotel in winter season. 」

「Nice hotel, in a quiet area and in the middle of the nature. We liked the idea that the property building is divided in 3 areas. Not very easy to reach if not with the car. The public transport consists in a bus not too frequent and going up by foot from the city is difficult if you’re carrying luggages. The areas are spacious and the room too even though I would plan some renovation considering the rates applied. We really appreciated the free entry to the spa and the dining buffet option. The...

「Завтрак происходит в полуподвальном помещении. Запах отвратительный - как в наших провинциальных больницах в середине прошлого века. Все скучено, столики маленькие, стоят близко друг к другу. О достойной презентации еды вообще не может быть и речи. Еда убогая. Немного самой дешевой нарезки - есть это невозможно. Вареные яйца - это единственное, что можно выбрать. Хлеб намного хуже чем самый дешевый хлеб дома. Есть помидоры и огурцы - но все это такое некачественное, просто диву даёшься. А...
