「The beach on the property was awesome. The guys on the ATV's on the beach need to minimize there trips past the chairs with umbrellas, they went back and forth too much. They also need to travel down the sides of the chairs not through the middle divide of the chairs. 」

「The apartment was excellent , clean and well maintained. Having a private car spot was an additional perk. Location is good and there are shops close by as well as restaurants.」

「Beautiful layout, comfortable, space to spread out, lanai facing the sunset was perfect, close to my favorite beaches, KTA right around the corner, comunal pool clean and not crowded, interesting history of the house (sad it is so croweded now), cool at night...we are from Alaska so we were never overheated, and many more positives. The couch was not very comfortable but we never turned on the tv and used the dining table and lani to gather together. The vegitation on the property was so local...

「This nice unit located in Waikoloa Village is just minutes from the coast and makes for a great place to stay, especially if you are not interested in staying in a touristy resort location, and don't mind NOT being right on the beach. The unit was clean, well-maintained and came well-equipped, in terms of kitchen amenities, beach towels, additional beach toys/chairs/cooler, etc.」

「Easy walk to shops, restaurants, and beach. Loved being entertained watching the golfers from the lanai. Kitchen has all appliances and tools needed for meal and drink prep. Used the air conditioning the first evening just to get the condo cooled off, but the breezes were perfect the rest of the time.」

「Nice town home. Mauna Lani is great. House well equipped in kitchen and beach gear. Few items need repair - barbecue and barbecue exhaust - eliminate old carpet (ok for rental)- but don't replace」
