"The entrance to the building is a bit dark. Up on check in the staff was very nice. The room was very clean and spacious. If you book this hotel make sure you bring your own soap and shampoo. They are very limited on the amenities. The WiFi did not work in our room. We had a room at the very end of the hallway to avoid the noisy area. Staff was very pleasant."

"The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The front desk is located on the second floor and you will need to buzz in and either take the steps or the lift. Close to the train and bus station and a short walk to downtown. Would definitely stay here again."

"I stayed two nights in a twin room. The view was beautiful and the hostel was in a very convenient place: 5 minute walk to the Piazza Unità and 20 minutes to the bus station. The room was clean and well furnished with two small dressers, a chair and two bedside tables. Check-in was a little confusing, as the entrance door is locked. You have to buzz the receptionist to have the door unlocked, then climb several floors to the hostel. They were ready to keep my luggage while I waited for check-in...

"We arrived on the early train and were let straight into the apartment. It was spacious with convenient extras, like a microwave and a place to eat breakfast. Perfect for a couple with 2 kids."

"The room was as advertised but in a neighboring hotel. They did upgrade us to a room with an inside private bath (with a step up to access) instead of a shared bath. Unfortunately it was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Not so good when you are in a wheelchair. Luckily i am still somewhat mobile but it might not have worked for others. They did store our luggage for us when we arrived early morning"

"There is no registration desk for this hotel as the rooms are within an apartment building. Communications occur between guest and hotel by phone or text. Text responses were fairly quick. Building and room were clean and secure. Guests should understand that, on the guest room floor, there is a security door which must be unlocked and opened first prior to accessing the individual rooms. We would stay here again as it was safe, comfortable, and an easy walk to many locations. "

"Great hotel for the price. Hotel is located on the second floor of a lovely old Palazzo. Rooms are very quiet, large and spacious, with high ceilings and modern furnishings (including electric window shades). Bathrooms are very modern with walk-in showers. A/C is a plus for the summer months. Front desk is not 24/7 so just communicate your arrival time in advance. Staff is very friendly, always smiling. This is an excellent hotel for the price and is centrally located, only 2 blocks from both...

"My wife and I travel often and we have never received a more warm and hospitable welcome than from Neva and her husband. The house is amazing, built in the 1500’s and nicely updated. The location is convenient to explore the area and in a small cute town high on a hill. We made new friends during our visit and it was one of the highlights of our trip. I highly recommend if you are looking for a central home base for a few days and would like to meet some wonderful people."
