"The apartment was clean and comfortable to live in. However, body wash and shampoo weren’t provided adequately even though the ‘big’ bottle was placed in the bathroom. The bathroom was a bit dirty too as I could see stains on the floor. Another thing was the water heater didn't function well. The water was so cold!"

However, access is not easy especially there is a road closure but the hotel is not properly sign posted; Notice is given that it takes 45 minutes after switching on the water heater for hot water (which in itself is not great), in reality, no hot water is available after at least 2 hours. Hot water is available after overnight. Other defects include hair dryer is not working and access to balcony...

"Nicely located at the top of Genting Highlands. There are some convenient shops at the ground floor if you crave late-night snacks. We stayed on tower 3. Microwave stopped working and in no time, they replaced it as soon as we reported.
