訂房時,選擇四人房,到了現場才知道是提供一張大的雙人床以及外加一張單人床。為了讓空間更大,所以自費6000多元升等為有客廳的豪華房型,但仍然只有三個床位,經過協調,櫃檯終於同意將單人床數量增加為兩個, 一家四口終於可以每人一個床位,安穩睡覺。

All staff are courteous and helpful. The Club Lounge is relaxing,comfortable.and memorable. The mini bar should include more beverages other than soft drinks such as fruit juices and healthy drinks. The king sized bed is big enough for 3 of us. Communications between front office and housekeeping needs improvement. The picture quality of analogue TV does not meet my expectation. Anyway, Sunway is my first choice at Kuala Lumpur.

交通方便的好飯店,早餐好,但客房普通,住宿的1735房洗手台是壞的有些不便,另外在網站上訂的是 twin room但給了 一大房,有點不太開心,另外要注意的是到現場還要另外再付稅金,一晚一房是RM10,是要另外給的。

A very terrible racial discrimination hotel.....
We booked 2/15-2/17 two nights for CLUB room ! 2/16 we went their CLUB lounge for breakfast , we had entered the lounge and almost sit down on the chair, suddenly a waitress came to us and told us we were not allowed to enjoy breakfast because we wear short pants ( it almost 9 AM and no more guests already) She told us their dress code is CAUSAL attire but my casual short pants were allowed in Japan and Korea and Taiwan's best 5 stars hotels restaurants ! The waitress asked us to leave the lounge and we felt very angry and uncomfortable with this awful service.....~___~.....In the evening , we wear long pants to enjoy dinner in this CLUB lounge again, they said nothing to us ! But during my dinner time ,I saw one Caucasian man (white color man) who wear a short pant and can enjoy the dinner without rejection ! I immediately argued with one waitress and told to their female manager later ! The female manager told us that he is allowed to enjoy dinner with short pants ! ( Just because he is white color Caucasian man? And we are Asian so we are not allow to enjoy breakfast with short pants ! ) This is a very terrible racial discrimination hotel with unqualified staffs ! Because I am a GM & Owner of the boutique hotel in Taipei, Taiwan ! I definitely will fire those staffs who has racial discrimination attitude! This was my first time to be insulted in a 5 stars hotel , please don't book this hotel after you see my review !So terrible!這間旅館某些服務人員有種族歧視的態度,你如果不是白種人那就不要去訂這一間旅館了!
