「Although I felt safe there was many homeless people on the street in front , it was close to subway so I think that is why , there was a lot of police around and everyone was friendly , and every morning they were out cleaning the sidewalks put in a lot of steps to get to Washington sites but the price was certainly reasonable , lots of coffee shops around . 」

Else, it will create grievances of the guest and conflict with front desk. The seating capacity of restaurant should be expanded especially during large conference/congress.」
