「Apt is owned by the family who lives upstairs, of whom are all very pleasant. This apt included a kitchenette, full bathroom, and living space setup in a studio style. Neighborhood is quiet with a grocery store and two restaurants nearby . The matriarch of the family was the one who manages the apt.
