Very nice apartments, spacious and comfortable. Beautiful view. Nice, safe neighborhood. Next to a bus stop so fairly easy to get to old town. Excellent parking at the property. Very friendly staff and helpful. Nice little market with the basic necessities available one block away. Great place to stay when visiting Dubrovnik, especially with a group.

A great place to stay

These apartments are perfect. Comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. Easy walk to lots of great places in Lapad and beautiful beaches. Getting an Uber to the old city is simple and inexpensive.

Our receptionist, Zeljka, was very friendly and helpful. She sent us links to supermarkets that were open on Sundays, where to eat, and which bus lines we could use. The apartment was very well-maintained and clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Perfect for our short two-night stay. I highly recommend it.

Super convenient to grab an uber into Old Town. The hostess was very kind and helpful. Best part was the view! We watched the sun set and it was one of the most memorable highlights from our entire trip.

We loved our stay at the Pervanovo Apartments. The manager met us at check in and quickly gave us all the information we needed, she was extremely helpful and pleasant. The apartment is big, clean and full of amenities such as a full kitchen and washing facilities. It was a good price and conveniently located less than 10 minutes from a nice beach and a 5 minute walk to a bus that takes you to the old Town. We asked for a 1 hour extension to check out later and the property manager was extremely accommodating. We would definitely stay there again and fully recommend it

Home from home.

Modern and spacious apartments in a quiet location, but still easy to get to the hussle and bustle of the old town. The apartments have everything you need to feel like you are at home. Ours was on the ground floor, so we had no views, but I guess that this is the luck of the draw. Staff were very helpful. The front desk is not always open, but once they had settled us in, we kept in touch on WhatsApp and they always responded to our needs and questions. There was some noise from the family above. They also had a young child that was very active. The apartments have tiled floors and not many soft furnishings, so the noise travels between apartments, but the family kept reasonable hours, so the noise was only during waking hours.

Our apartment was amazing, we had an ocean view and could sit on our balcony watching the sun set over the mountains and ocean...it was breathtaking. The receptionist (Zeljka) was so wonderful and helpful. We would stay there again but even for longer next time.

Željka and her team are amazing. The property is conveniently located near shopping, the port, beaches, and Old Town. My family of four had an amazing few from our room. It is very safe and at night very peaceful to get the best sleep. The bus stop is about a 5 minute walk as well.
