「We were looking for a property near Saratoga Springs This property had everything we were looking for to accommodate our group of 12 The only and not necessarily a negative comment is that the house has stairs 3 areas that are sunken so a lot of up and down Even getting to the pool Other then that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend for any group reuinion and families with kids Our group are all in the mid 70’s so challenging 」

「We had a great weekend at this gem of a cabin. It was clean, well taken care of, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches like local lotions, scrubs, shampoo and conditioner, ingredients to make s’mores. Beyond what we expected. We enjoyed the lake access, the fire pit and the close proximity to John Boyd Stare Park which had great hiking, playground and visitors center. We hope to visit again one day. Thank you, Erika!」

「House was as described. Lake was really nice. We used the 2 kayaks, pedal boat and floaty — lots of fun. There are lots of reeds and sea plants growing around the dock, so we went swimming off of the pedal boat further into the lake. Hot tub was great. Fire pit too.」

「The house was perfect for two couples returning to an annual Saratoga gathering. Everything was clean and very comfortable; great beds, enough towels and a quiet private backyard to share wine and conversation. We had two excellent meals at Bentley’s Tavern, a short ride from the house. Will be returning.」

「We had a very nice stay at Steve’s place. The basement apartment was very comfortable & the back yard was perfect with an in-ground pool & hot tub. My only complaints are, there was a coffee maker, but no coffee, cream, or sugar. The other issue we had was the unlit path to the apartment entrance. We came back late one night from a concert and there was no light to get from the driveway to the apartment. I should also mention there is a slight incline. It’s an lawsuit waiting to happen.」
