We were sent to the 4th floor where outside of our room the ceiling must have had a leak and there was an awful smell and fans trying to dry the carpet. There was no hot water to shower in the morning. Awful experience

I was told there was a 24 hour airport shuttle but it does not start running until 6am, which is ridiculous since there are many flights (including mine) that leave at 6am or even earlier. So we had to move to another hotel (The Hilton Garden Inn which is also at the airport). The desk clerk at the Hampton told us we would not be charged but of course we were.
