The exterior and lobby area are very, very nice. But once you get past the lobby, it’s not quite as elegant. More like a cheap, bare bones motel.
Two paper cups, minimal coffee provided, and no creamer unless you go to the front desk each time (5 floors for us). No wash clothes provided, only towels. Bathroom was visually clean, but smelled badly of sewage.
Neighborhood is very inner city, with tons of small shops. Residential area around hotel seems very low-income. I felt safe, but probably wouldn’t stay there again. One plus is the free parking.
