From our booking, we understood that the room rate must have included breakfast. But, the front desk at check-in counter confirmed no breakfast. So, we were not so happy but could not do anything.

They did not want to make an invoice for even after I told them 10 times, i will pay the room and not hotels.com ! They kept insisting I should not pay even after my phone call with hotels.com and in this call it was confirmed i should pay the room. What is wrong with this people???
