Nice hotel very well located near Prado, Reina Sofia and Atocha station. The windows are super thick but there is still some noise coming from the street. The beds are a little too hard. The personnel is extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean, pleasant and modern. The restaurant in the lobby is excellent. Good experience overall.

Excelente opción para estar cerca del centro y del parque El Retiro. No doy las 5 estrellas porque a las 9 am en las habitaciones de al lado hubo muchísimo ruido. Creo que la gente de limpieza estaba acomodando las habitaciones pero lanzaban todo con golpes y nos despertaron.

The room was small but very clean. Unfortunately, we heard a lot of noise from the street and the bed and pillows were NOT comfortable. Great location. Nice breakfast buffet and nice restaurant downstairs for tapas and a glass of wine.

Its a good location and quiet at night and nice however was disappointed that for a 4 star does not have a bath, ability to log into netflix on the tv and really bad plumbing noises. A bit expensive for what you get.
