“The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast menu updates every day which gives me the chance to try many kinds of Indonesian food. The room and facilities are clean. ”

“pros: location is awesome for backpacker. you can find bars, motor rental, place to change money...within 200m. Room is spacious, Decorations is boutique, staffs are really friendly, and we are always served with their warm smiles. cons: while we intered the room we found the mugs with stains inside and trash can did not clean up. breakfast is okay but menu is confusing. you have to rent the dry for RP25000 for 24hrs(wander if it is common sense in Indonesia).”

“So far i had a great experience staying at this hotel. The foods are fine, service from the fo and fb staff are very nice, and i love the concept of this hotel. But there are things you can improve for having excellent service: 1. You must standardize the great service to all the waiter at least they all have the same hospitality and knowledge. 2. I ordered lunch at the restaurant, but.... it took so long 30-40min, seriously i wasn't so sure why. 3. If you provide smoking room, it would be great……

“他是一家新的飯店，房內布置有點印尼風格，早餐也Ok ,唯有飯店是在大馬路旁，遊客室外沒任何空間。”

“Our room was on the first floor, with view at the pool. The curtains did not block the light out very well so our room was rather bright at night. Did not sleep well because of this. Also a shame that smoking is allowed in the outdoor seating areas. ”

“I enjoyed my 6 days there. I was a solo female tourist. The staff always went beyond to meet my needs. The electric sockets in Indonesia are unique in that they are round and sunken. So my square universal plug did not fit. Their engineering quickly found a spare conversion socket for me to use. They were happy to fill up my water bottle with ice whenever I asked. Always with a friendly smile. Breakfast became my favourite meal. They have an Indonesian buffet every morning. So I had the……

“9月11日晚，到達酒店的。服务人员很热情，帮着从出租车里把两个手提箱送到大堂里。入住手续很快，又一直送到房间里。十分感谢。房间很大，非常干净，空调，电视，卫生间，热水其全。床很舒服。非常满意的一次住宿。”
