Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...

「The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more...

「A nice well maintained hotel. We had hired a car so the free car park opposite was a bonus. Near to many restaurants, breakfast at the hotel was good. Roof top bathing area with a pool was super, if cold, just what you needed in the heat. Room was nice and clean but bed a bit hard. 」

Le petit déjeuner est top et si vous mangez le soir vous ne serez pas déçu, ni par le service ni par le contenu de votre assiette. Merci à toute l'équipe. Si on doit retenir un truc moins bien, les chambres sont un peu veillotte. Mais honnêtement je recommande à 100% 」
