「Staff are very nice persons. Whenever I need any travel information, they actively give advice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location (close to China Town) is good and convenient. There are several subway lines nearby. I like this hotel and would like to recommend it to friends. ^_^」

「The location is perfectly located in the centre of business / entertainment / culture hub of Manhattan. All transportation choices -- bus, subway, bike, taxi, train, greyhound, ... are very close.」

「We look at the page to see the new year's activities in the room But we were shown the street room and couldn't see the Times Square New Year's Eve event at all. We asked for a room change and we had to pay more. We later paid more to get us another room. Will not book this hotel again.」
