“It was totally excellent with the nicest views and loveliest staff!”

“First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP……

“Clean lobby. Breakfast was vey good for an extended continental breakfast. Staff was on it when I asked for additional towels and pillows. BBQ’s seemed clean. Would stay here again if returning to the area. Beds were comfortable and sheets and pillows were great”

“This holiday inn is in pretty good shape. Could use a bit of better upkeep of the grounds.. noticed full trash bins. But overall okay and comfortable. Pet friendly is a big plus. Location is just great for mill valley and Marin region. ”

“I drove down from the Mendocino Coast to meet my sister from Redding. It was a perfect meeting spot for us and we were happy to find a nice clean room with very comfortable beds and linens. Our room was on the freeway side but we hardly heard it at all. A very nice refurbished hotel. ”
