「Simple check in and check out process. Convenient and had pretty much everything you could ask for, even beach chairs and a cooler for your days at the beach. 」

「Hidden little gem on the south side of Waikiki. Very clean, everything as listed. Kevin made check-in so easy. The sun deck access on the 10th floor has spectacular views of Diamond Head and any bands playing on Kuhio Beach (I got to see J Boog playing from here, so cool!). 2 minutes to the beach and shopping. Loved it, will plan on staying again in the future!」

「My teen son and I went to visit his older brother in Waikiki. It was our first time to Hawaii and we were not disappointed! What a wonderful experience! The room was tidy and comfortable, and the host was prompt in responding to our needs. We would definitely go again and stay there. The location was ideal and views were fantastic!」

「Great location and building, really comfortable for us. Unit is starting to show it's age unfortunately but, hey, aren't we all. Some small repairs would be great. Most annoying was the kitchen sink faucet that does not like to shut off, the damaged stove knobs, and the air conditioner that makes a horrendous racket and doesn't cycle properly. Well, that ceiling fan works fine and minor issues certainly did not ruin our stay, which was pleasant indeed.」

「Central location to all the shops, beach. I like the fact you can walk no need for a car. Building have 24 hours security. However the room needs updated furniture, dressers drawers, and more towel racks.」

「Overall the experience was good, like another poster said - they liked the Bamboo Waikiki, but it is getting pretty tired. It could really use some cosmetic work. Possibly a complete re-do in the bathroom.」

「Room was fairly small but had all the necessities, shower is small but manageable as we are average size, shortage of hot water, so I have to turn it off while I apply soap, then turn it back on to rinse. The flowery bed spread in the picture was missing, I wanted to wash the sheets/pillowcases but did not have time, I would have felt more comfortable if I had done that. The location is great, short walk to beach, restaurants, shops. I really liked the hotel lobby, large open space just a few...

「套房空间很大，住着很舒服。沙发和茶几都有，厨房用具很齐全，就是没有刀具。超级大的阳台，晚上楼下也很热闹。服务员很友好。提供免费行李寄存🛅。附近就是购物街，走几步就到。楼下的牛排店生意超好，还有斜对面的牛角日本烤肉老是排队。附近有小超市买东西也方便。」
