There are too many negatives rather than positives to share... I have been to Hawaii multiple times. This was one of the most poor experiences I have ever had. The rooms are tired - even the renovated rooms. The pools, specifically the Tapa pool, has murky water and garbage floating in it. We were able to switch rooms during our stay, which was facilitated by the manager on duty. I appreciated the gesture, however, it only happened after complaining twice to the manager. The final straw was a security guard banging on our door, frightening our children while yelling, to say that Ubereats cannot deliver directly to our room. It was the first time I had ever been yelled at by hospitality staff. To sum it up, I dont write reviews often but I felt its necessary to write this one: I normally love Hilton properties but there are better, cleaner, more cost effective and friendlier places to stay in Hawaii. Please read the reviews well and research other properties well before booking. After paying so much for this family trip, the service and the property dont match the expensive price. Hawaii is a wonderful place, but it was a very disappointing stay after flying all the way there.
