“We really enjoyed the property. It was clean. Internet worked well. Washer and dryer was nice. Too cold to enjoy the hot tub for me. My suggestions are a new shower head, thank goodness I didn’t have to wash my hair. The flow is too spread out and not enough to efficiently rinse as you shower. Second is a cheaper Kcup machine would be nice. Traveling with ground coffee is not really ideal for a quick trip away. Third thing I suggest is two beach towels (minimum) for the use of the hot tub. We did have a power outage and I let Tony know as soon as the power went out. He was quick to respond and even gave updates. Loved the communication from Tony throughout our whole experience. “It was nice to get away and relax in a secluded location. Enjoyed the hot tub. Had a good time walking around Berkeley Springs (even though most shops were closed). All in all it was a nice time away from work and hectic life.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay here. It was exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful and beautiful view of the water that you can walk down to. Friendly neighbors. We did not use the kitchen. There is everything you'd need if you want to cook. Also a grill available outside. As others stated, very clean. Owners were super friendly and easy to communicate with. Thoughtful owners also had extras in case you forget something or two or three :-) Lots to do in the adjacent areas within a short drive.……

“Had a great time at this property and were able to take advantage of the screened in porch and fireplace. Neighborhood was very nice and checkin was easy. They were very accommodating for the three dogs that also visited the property with us.”

We were able to unpack our things and begin to relax immediately. Janie was great to work with and gave us good suggestions for places to eat and things to do.
