「Stayed many times at this resort. It is clean, lovely fauna and very tidy. The renovations are wonderful. Tonic by the bay is always welcoming and staff always on hand. 」

「Mandalay is very well maintained, we were there the week after school holidays and it was spotlessly clean, the staff are super friendly (including ground staff). Our cabin (beach cabin 6) was really clean, the provided plates, utensils and kitchen stuff were all good quality and more than adequate to cook a few meals. The kids loved being able to explore the park and find all of the playgrounds and even did some possum spotting inside the park. The pools were clean and the warm pools were a hit...

「Everything good except check in was clunky. Arranged to arrive after hours and collected directions to room, except the room allocated was already occupied. Couldn’t contact host as his phone was turned off, so after waiting in lounge room for an hour, I ended up just finding a vacant room and crashing in there for the night. Great value property, just frustrating at check in! 」

「一直对Big4印象挺好的，去澳洲也以Big4为首选。这家服务不错，有晚班服务人员，只需在前台办公室按服务铃即可，免了打电话问钥匙箱密码环节。但是，我在搜索酒店时，为了方便搜索和看床的大小，每间房只填了两个大人，忘记填小孩的人数，退房时每间房被加收了100澳元，2间房收了200澳元，住两晚比原来的价格多了人民币1000块钱，非常的贵。因为英文不太好，前台服务说扣钱我也没有反驳。扣钱这个事情这让我对Big4的印象没有之前那么好了，以后选择时会慎重考虑。没有温水泳池，冬天入住没有乐趣。」

「The property is well maintained. The 6 sleeper unit was adequately equipped with crockery, cutlery, bedding etc. Loved the quiet location and beach just across the road. The cleaners need to pay attention to cleaning the items in the kitchen (cups, kettle, pot, cutlery) and bathroom (showers, vanity drawers, etc) Overall, a good resort with good amenties. 」

「Property is great with a great location. However, on our last morning, there was no power for the cooktop. the kettle, toaster and microwave. Perhaps the fuse had blown.」

「I haven’t received the check in details at the time I arrived the property, and it is around 8pm and there is no staff staying there. My phone is not able to,call the property staff to ask for the check in so we knocked the door of one guest room and ask the guest helped us calling to the staff. Luckily we got a friendly guest and reached the staff via phone and finally our check in is success. Otherwise we can’t imagine where we can stay at that night. Btw the room is good, well decorated…」
