「The hotel is perfectly located. It is just 8 - 10 mins away from the Oxford Street, Baker Street tube station or the Bond Street tube station. Staff members at the Concierge are all friendly and helpful. One thing that was needed to be improved is the shower. I stayed in a one-person room on the 3rd floor and the shower was extremely weak. Only half of the holes of the shower were releasing water weakly. It was made worse as it is an fixed, overhead shower. 」

「I have booked a deluxe room but they gave me a superior room. Room smells cigarettes and humid wood which is very unpleasant. I didn’t ask for any morning call but they called me at 6am!! The staff called Darika that helped me check in has a unwelcoming attitude and not helpful at all. The location of this hotel isn’t great and far to anywhere. 「伦敦拱门酒店属于世界小型奢侈酒店，房间数不多。位于海德公园演讲角附近，离红线marble arch站步行5分钟左右，周围是居民区比较安静，不远处有TESCO超市。离帕丁顿站打车不到十分钟，6人座uber9英镑。服务人员都比较热情，含的早餐有免费点单热食。不过，从地铁站走到酒店的路上要小心，遇到过一次小偷，幸好及时发现。」

「Nothing to fault this hotel. However, if you are uncomfortable sleeping in a soft bed with only very soft pillows then one of the rooms in the basement may not be for you. "I ordered superior room from 28/4 to 4/5. So far, the staffs were very helpful and friendly that I have ever seen. However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. They mention that the hotel room features large picture windows, plenty of natural daylight, and a gorgeous courtyard or city view. But, my room did not have any view. It has faced to so dirty roof top. I never open the window during my holiday. I was very disappointed I paid so much money for about 6 nights but resulted I got the room with such bad view. Could you please check if they provided the incorrect room type for me? "
