「This house served our purpose for a large family to stay while we were in town for a wedding. The house is clean it had everything we needed. We did not cook meals so the fact that it only had a small portable hookup dishwasher didn't bother us. I only noted in case that might impact others. The beds were comfortable the owner allowed us to check in early. Overall a good stay.」

「This was our third time staying in this cute little cottage! We absolutely love staying there and we will again in the fall! There was one thing that blew our minds though, and this is just a little reminder for folks that stay in the Melbourne area... 「My wife and I reserved this location 3 weeks in advance. Jason is a dishonest host. Not sure if he has other properties but beware of this person! He never communicated the entire process. Never let us have the entry code. We drove all the way there to get ignored having to find a last minute hotel. RUN!」

「The house has everything you need and it is as advertised. Very clean and updated. Plenty of room and a convenient location. As you drive in, the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Once you pull in the driveway, it’s a different story. Owner was very gracious and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. We would definitely stay here again.」

「The house is wonderful. It was too big for the 2 of us. Nice location to do things we wanted to do. It was chilly in the house as the heat was not an option. The weather was cooler than normal. We did get a response and were able to do temporary heat test which helped but only lasted a short amount of time. There was half of a burrito left in the microwave. 「Brought my 18th yr old daughter and 6 of her teenage friends and my niece to Melbourne beach for the weekend. Wonderful atmosphere and tasteful cozy home. Host was exceptional and communicate well. 「The property was well maintained, modem, and spacious for our family. It was perfect for the five days we needed it. Floors could have been cleaned better.
