Very nice. Quiet. Safe. Convenient. Clean. All necessary amenities. Host is immediately responsive. Great bang for the buck. Effortless. Many friends in the area, so I stay in Melbourne often. The only reason I chose this stay was because my usual two “go-to” places were booked. Now, I will always check here first. Congrats on a lovely idea.

Way WaY WAY better than any hotel room
First of all, the location is great, but the room was impeccably clean and the location was a nice, quiet neighborhood. I've had other experiences with a "spare room" in someone's house, but this was on another level. There is no entry from the main house to your room, so it truly is a separate room. If I'm ever visiting Melbourne again, I will most definitely stay here.

Nice place
Great space for 1-2 people. Location is great and I took nightly walks around the neighborhood. The house is well insulated and sealed making it quiet for my 4 night stay. Parking was a pleasure. I can’t say enough good things about my stay and I would definitely stay here again.

If you or you and one person need a place to stay in Melbourne- this place is a little hidden gem. We Absolutely recommend it and will definitely go again. I was in the area for a medical appointment and it fit our needs perfectly. Clean and had everything you would need and more!
