「we have stayed here before and it was excellent but not this time. No manager on duty and there was a group of kids baseball teams that were disruptive, loud, and disrespectful and the parents were drinking in lobby area and belligerent and let this continue for 2 nights of which there was no help from Hotel management because there was never a manager on duty! The parents were rude to Hotel staff and in the faced of young woman from front desk. a complete disaster」

「We booked a couple nights to celebrate our daughters 8th birthday. We stayed in unit 12 and we all loved it! The grounds were perfectly manicured, the river view was mesmerizing and the space was comfortable. Everything I needed was available from the coffee filters to the dish soap and sponge. I admire their love and support of coffee consumption! We took a kayak trip across to a couple of the Spoil Islands and the trip was the perfect distance for some exploration for a family of 4 with...

「This is the 3rd Home2 Sweets I have been to and None of them have been a disappointment. Everything very very clean, staff SUPER nice and helpful, the price for the hotel is right on point. I am confident to go to any Home2 Sweets Hotel. Breakfast is good and on time, kept hot. I can't say enough about these hotels. I have been to one in Daytons, Largo and now Vero Beach. Please do not change a thing with what you are doing Home2 Sweets.」

「The Sebastian River Rental is Exceptional so beautiful, quiet and clean. The view is Amazing. I did not want to leave. If I could live there year round I would. The host Pierce was so very nice. Very easy to check in and out. I cannot wait to go back and I am give them 10 stars. I am already planning my next vacation there 😊」

「I like the room because it was very clean. The staffs was kind and perfessional. The property was very clean, but I did not like when they let there dog urinate near the rooms, because that is not clean. There should be a place for them to go.」

「This is an old school florida inn. Though dated its Charming, with nice pool and beautiful grounds, lovely office staff. Kitchen was well stocked, looks like new dishes. In general was very clean but can't hide the age, esp the floors. The screen porch in #11 was unfortunately soggy from the very old AC window unit in the adjoining bedroom. Location is great, on quiet very nice street close to restaurants and the beach. We had no issues parking.」
