「Nice room. Nice view. Awesome hosts」

「Bannisters was comfortable and relaxed, with everything we needed. Even though we chose the cheaper room with a garden aspect, the outlook was lovely - rain forest. A highlight was an easy walk to Mollymok beach in the morning we saw dolphins and a sea eagle , with time to buy a coffee from the Bannisters coffe can before the checkout time if 10.30. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay」

「Large rooms, clean and quiet. Beach was great. Utensils in kitchen are fairly new and clean.」

「Cabin choice is key! Unfortunately our original cabin was mosquito infested, dirty, damaged and noisy. After requesting a cabin change was denied. A poor review was made and staff were much more accommodating. New cabin was much nicer. Better location in park, cleaner, no noise and less mosquitoes. 」

「It made me very uncomfortable that after my stay the owner messaged and said there were 3 of us instead of 2 so charged me for extra for my son. It was a house on its own so felt a bit creepy that someone was watching. 」

「The unit was spacious and very clean. The cleanest shower I’ve ever seen! The kitchen was well equipped. Comfy bed with blockout drapes. Heater was effective as the weather was wet and cold. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for a dated style of accommodation/decor. Lake access very picturesque and outdoor area would be enjoyable in warmed weather. Would really have appreciated a paved path across grass to our room to avoid sodden trip from car park, as we arrived in a downpour, but...

「A great property. Manager, Vikki could not have been more accommodating. Everything was clean and lovely. The rooms were large and had everything you could need. Comfy beds, with ample pillows, beautiful furnishings, nice bathroom and easy parking. It is close to everything... beach, not far, shops and restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here. 」
