"This is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in, best customer service ever, great breakfast, great location, best bedroom, convenient parking if you are going to Target Center or Target Field, you don't need to walk on downtown streets to get around these facilities so you always feel safe. The guys at the reception gave us the best VIP treatment we have ever received, my daughter didn't want to leave the hotel because she was never spoiled like she was at this hotel, we'll definetly return when we visit Minneapolis again. "

"Wonderful three night stay. We interacted with multiple staff who were friendly and helpful. We had touring bicycles along and were given a safe place to store our bicycles in the hotel. Staff were never rushed and helped us with multiple questions as we sorted out our departure on a bicycle tour. Our room was beautiful as is the large lobby of the hotel. Location in downtown Minneapolis is great for walking, cycling, and public transit. "

"My only critique is there should be an ice machine on each floor. But, there isn’t so you have take the ice bucket from your hotel room down to the front desk (if café isn’t open) and wait for someone to fill bucket for you. It can be an additional inconvenience when the front desk is busy with customers. "
