「Efficient convenience 」

「Great little place decorated very cute and fun. Just about 3 blocks from Laguna Beach. All the amenities including an all-in-one washer dryer that was kind of hard to figure out. Nice beds, great little kitchen. Would definitely recommend and we would stay there again.」

「This condo was awesome! Pictures are spot on! All beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, kitchenware, and utensils. If you plan on cooking and possibly having leftovers, there isn’t any Tupperware, so I would bring some with you. I did notice towards the end of the week, there were carts in the garage…maybe preparing for spring break…that would have been helpful when we got there, so we didn’t have to walk across the street, get a cart, walk back over, unload, then...

「Loved everything about the condo and the owners were super responsive. The only negative was the threat of charges for make up stains. BYO FACE CLOTHS. I totally understand why, but this should be brought up before you rent because if you are flying in it could be a challenge to do or add unexpected expenses. I had 3 teenage girls. That means some serious make up. We did not know until we got there that they were going to bill us "if they found any make up stains on the linens". They gave us 1...

「Property was perfect for a little getaway. Very clean and neat. Awesome location. Only downfall for us was no tv in the bedrooms and the outdoor shower was broken which was one of the reasons we rented the house. I would highly recommend staying in this house with family or friends」

「Your condo was great! Please know that I spent years designing bathrooms for special needs individuals. Having said that it would be helpful to advise everyone to use footwear (sandals, tongs,...), that tub bottom is very slick when showering. Again nice place, thank you. We may come again in the future.」

「It was clean. That’s always my biggest concern. I clean when I arrive and when I don’t see any dirt or dust or grime or mold, etc on my cleaning towels, then I know they are cleaning the rooms. The black out curtains could be better for the morning sun flooding into the room at 5:45am, but that is about the only thing I could say for improvement. Would stay here again. I only stayed one night in this trip. 」

「Great location, nice layout. However the unit is a bit tired, and some serious cleaning of fixtures is needed. Unit was in the process of being sold, amd we were told that the purchaser planned on repainting. hopefully the cleaning crew will be more diligent . Overall the area and development is very good.」

「Have stayed here many times for biz. It’s a bit spartan as there is no breakfast and a limited pantry, but overall it’s a great value for the money. It’s about a mile from Pier Park and lots of shopping/restaurants. Staff is always very nice. Rooms are spacious with kitchenettes. 」
