「Our stay was one of the best we have had. Staff were welcoming and thoughtful. The hotel has a very calm environment, which is a great place to retreat from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Special mention of Mohammed the manger, who was so helpful. The food was great, with a large section to choose from. The choice of indoor or outdoor pools was also an added bonus. 「Gentillesse et disponibilité de l’ensemble du personnel!!!! Taille des chambres et beauté de l’hôtel. Néanmoins il mérite un rafraîchissement à certains endroits, prévoir des serviettes de meilleures qualités et la qualité du restaurant à la piscine doit etre améliorée quand on pratique un prix palace」

「Hôtel plutôt pour les familles . A seulement 20 min a pied de jemaa el fna , route principale qui mène directement là bas ! Piscine de grande taille , petit déjeuner complet et de très bonne qualité . Chambre plutôt de grande taille , des sdb de grande taille mais qui nécessiteraient une rénovation. Personnel aimable et à l'écoute.」

「Centrally located, friendly staff, sisnt try the restaurants. But one thing i would lile the mabagement t9 rectify or fix is the bathtub. It is about 18 to 20 inches from the floor and getting in and out of it without a support, which there is none, would be difficult for older people, children to get in and out of the shower.」
