「We were lost in Northern Washington, having driven to a remote border crossing that closed early and not being able to rely on our gps. We called this hotel, several hours away, and spoke with Manpreet, at the front desk. She looked up directions online and talked us through. We didnt see a soul on the road for about an hour, but she guided us to the nearest town and got us on course to Osoyoos. Then she waited up until we arrived, and introduced us to her night shift relief before taking off...

「Nice hotel our actual family meet was in Penticton but we found this hotel easy to get to less than 35 min drive. Clean and convenient I was able to run along KVR in morning and then fill up on breakfast( wish there was more fruit options) had the pool to ourselves for evening cool down will stay here again 」

「The front desk is only open until 10:30pm, so for late drivers, I would call ahead or plan your trip around getting in earlier. The gentleman working the front desk was so helpful and kind. Area around the property is mediocre. There’s a motel across the street that is getting demolished so it’s a bit of an eye sore. When I checked in late, there were a few guests out in the courtyard so it was a bit noisy at first. The cleanliness and renovations in the room were noticeable and exceeded my...

「Super clean and friendly, my only advice to them is to be clearer on the $200 damage deposit they put to your credit card. They need to reverse it immediately after checking room as one of our group had it sitting on his credit card for too long, concerning.」

「Great location, all rooms face the lake. Rooms super clean inside and out. Balcony with table and chairs to enjoy your meals outside. Well equipped kitchen in room with everything you'll need during your stay. Heated pool. Friendly and welcoming staff. 」

「Great option with multiple stay options; motel, cabins and camp lots. Self checkin was appreciated although the incorrect code was sent. Guest line was answered promptly and staff were helpful. Lounge area had no code to access but then needed a code to exit which we were not provided. The potential at this space is incredible and overall an easy and great stay. Would return and suggest friends stay, just needs some updating and improved signage for space navigation.」

「We had a wonderful stay! The view was gorgeous, the beds very comfortable, and the suite was clean. We had a little trouble with the door upon arrival, but we were helped very quickly. Parking is a bit limited, so just a caution for anyone travelling with more than one vehicle to check with the Inn on parking prior to arrival. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!」
