"I was disappointed with the Bed linen. Found blood stains and discolouration The water from the shower flows into the rooms as the drains are blocked The water from the rain storm flowed into the bedroom and lounge room as the water outlets were blocked Power cuts twice a day. "We came here straight from a long flight from the UK and had 3 nights with our 3 children age 6, 8 and 11... And it was incredible! "Lovely location and we enjoying visiting this beautiful colonial beach hotel however we were charged twice for drinks consumed in the lobby and moved to the terrace area despite explaining to the staff at the time and showing my receipts. "Beautiful hotel, with a lovely, basic clean room. Comfortable bed and roomy shower. Had a balcony overlooking a roof, but would have been nice to sit outside there if it wasn't continuously raining. Great included breakfast, with lots of choice and lovely serving staff. Did not use any of the other amenities, but the outdoor area would have been nice to use if the weather was more obliging."
