「Enjoyed my stay」

「Staff were very nice. Facilities were clean. Breakfast was good. Wish we had more towels in our room it was only stocked for two. But getting more wasn't an issue. We did have a minor issue with the shower curtain it was almost to short to properly close, but that is nitpicking. Hh」

「6年前来过，总体变化不大，但是从万豪变成索内斯特管理，软件还是查了一点，拖鞋，洗漱用具都没了，厨房设施也少了锅子，总体有明显退步。设施开始有点老旧了。该更新了。」

「We were here for a Reds game, we live about 40miles away but decided to make a weekend of it. Had a great time this is our first time staying here. The price is higher than the other hotels in the area. And you're not getting anything more than you can get from the surrounding hotels. It is a slight bit more convenient but that is about it. The hotel itself is nice and clean the staff was nice and valet was fast.」

「Wir haben dieses Hotel für zwei Nächte gebucht, da es sehr nahe von Kings Island ist. Das preis leistungs Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer wurden frisch renoviert und verfügen über sehr bequeme Betten. Ich würde dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen und empfehle es gerne weiter. Danke an das ganze Team für den angenehme Aufenthalt. 」

「All employees was nice .. only issue I had was at midnight I asked for some dry cereal for my 3yr old autistic granddaughter cause she wouldn’t eat anything an they told me no , we had to wait till breakfast.. other than that it was nice clean an everyone else friendly an went above an beyond 」
