Yes and Yes!! I loved the staff at this location. Your management was such a hands on, straight up and fair man. I witnessed pure kindness from the staff as they patiently dealt with unruly customers. I would love to recommend them but I cannot. The location is no longer there and it’s a shame because it was one of the oldest standing hotels in the area with great upkeep and an outstanding reputation with a solid foundation.

Room was clean. Not every room has the most updated furnishings but they are all clean and they do give you fresh towels and toiletries every day. Also, very affordable.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times in years past. Was it the greatest hotel? Not really but within our budget as we’re traveling up here from Florida to see family that lives in this area it hasn’t been that bad in recent years visits. The stay we had December 20, 2025-24th was the worst visit yet and we will not be back to this location. Our first night after a very long day of traveling there was a guy on the 2nd floor screaming and hollering in his room all day and all night. Finally around 1am after several complaints the hotel called the police and kicked him out. I’m assuming he was tweaking out he was only a few rooms down from ours and kept my husband up all night. There was also another person down stairs that the police had to be called on and kicked out in the middle of the night that was disturbing all the guest. The room we stayed in the AC didn’t work and the room smelled of mold and cigarettes. The carpet had a spot missing where I’m assuming someone’s dog was digging at the carpet. As many times over the years we’ve stayed at this hotel they have not done any updates. This hotel is in poor condition. The carpet is disgusting. I had to wear shoes the whole time I was in the room. We had 2 queen beds in our room and one of the beds had stains all over the sheets thank god we didn’t need to use that bed it was gross. The office chair that they had in the room had burn holes all over it from where someone was smoking. Like I said we definitely won’t be back.

I had cockroaches in my room. I left 2 hours after checking in. While the front desk was kind, it was a headache getting a refund. I did not get back my $100 incidental fee (which is WILD, considering I had ROACHES with photo evidence). The door to the room did not close all the way. The fridge leaked water all over the floor. Parking is terrible and it’s noisy as heck. The AC unit sounded like an old washing machine. The bathroom door was falling apart. The lobby looks nice, but the rooms are horrific. Please don’t stay here!

The lights in the bathroom and by the sink kept coming on and off. And the heater didnt heat very good plus you could see the outside around the heater and the cold air kept coming in.

The front desk staff is very courteous. Our room wasn't cleaned on the last day of our stay, so the pet fee was waived. The lobby is clean and nice, but the rooms are in need of updating. Continental breakfast is decent, but the coffee is not good and napkins were not provided.
