「The property from the outside and in the lobby were beautiful. I loved the cafe, bar, and pool. Our room however needed help. The outlet in the bathroom did not work so I was unable to get ready by the mirror which was frustrating since we were headed out to an event. The fridge door dragged on the floor and the room entering the room must have been recently painted. We had to throw our weight into opening it and paint chips flying off the frame. 」

「Super convenient as this is on the boardwalk in Pier Village. Includes beach lounges, umbrella and towels so no need to bring your own. Pool area is a bit small, but very pretty. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「When i first booked i actually called to cancel my reservations because i was very skeptical about it. usually if its not a 5star hotel they tend to be trash however, i way very pleased with my overall stay and the price was VERY affordable.Every morning there was some form of breakfast for u which i though that was really nice. The staff was really polite and helpful and my kids enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. I would definitely stay again.」

Only suggestion would be to clean the pool. The water was fairly cloudy. Otherwise nice little gym. Good property. Great location.」

「This is an older building with a very recent renovation. The rooms and common areas are all in excellent condition. The bathroom fixtures are new. The bath/shower area was older tile but newly grouted. The facility is clean, well-lighted, and has no unpleasant odors. The elevator's interior is older but in excellent condition, and it operates smoothly. Our only complaint is that there was no breakfast on our first morning.
