Relaxing stay
Just returned from a brilliant week spent at Luxe Loft Casa Atlantica. Lovely clean, spacious apartment. Fantastic views, easily accessible to everything. Ideal location with parking available. Quiet too considering everything is on your doorstep. If I had to criticize anything it would be the lack of cups, being English we do like our cups of teas & if you are not planning on eating at home & so don't have lots of dirty plates, pots & pans etc, there is no need to put the dishwasher on.

Wonderful apartment but a bit lacking in essentials
We really loved our stay in the apartment, it has wonderful views and plenty of space. However there is a lack of crockery, extra sheets and towels and also other items that you would expect in an apartment that charged this much.

A beautiful apartment but a disastrous property manager
If you like being stressed when you arrive at your place of stay, ignoring the exact address of the apartment and how to get the keys to the apartment, if you like being forced to call the ABRITEL reception service urgently so that they help you (they were great) because the property manager is unreachable and refuses to give you the information to enter the apartment so choose this apartment !! As long as the PLUS VILLAS LANZAROTTE property manager, who is not on site but on another Canary Island, will manage the rental of this apartment, then I strongly advise you to avoid this rental. This is very unfortunate because the apartment is beautiful and very well located.

Venden prestaciones que no dan
Las condiciones del edificio son pésimas, prácticamente en ruinas, para el acceso hay que entrar por unas obras, que están abandonadas, al llegar a la entrada, cuando lo consigues te llama la atención la suciedad y cucarachas muertas, para subir a la sexta planta, que es donde está el loft, solo funciona un ascensor, que con las medidas de seguridad por Covid, hay que esperar para no coincidir con nadie. Los olores del portal, te echan para atrás. Y por último, al entrar al apartamento paredes en mal estado, no funciona la vitrocerámica, solo el pequeño, no hay toldo en la terraza, a pesar de que en la foto lo publicitan, lo que provoca tener que poner el aire acondicionado todo el rato, las bañeras de la terraza no tienen tapones, y cuidado, que por la ubicación te ve todo el mundo, terraza intimidad cero. Por lo único que lo recomiendo es por el espacio y ubicación.
