「We spent a superb week at this outstanding unit. Location couldn’t be better, close to Medano Beach and many restaurants. The unit is exactly as described. Booking was seamless. Property Manager Kristen was always accessible as was Rodrigo, the local contact. Security at the gate by Carlos and Arturo, so helpful and knowledgeable. 「The unit was spacious, however, there were blankets falling out of a large cabinet in living room , soap bars provided were the 1970 style soap. the unit is good as long as the people going there know that they need to bring everything with them.」

「Don't expect the Ritz Carlton but the unit is very nice and accurately represented online. And a VERY fair price. And the main reason you stay here is because of the absolute fantastic Marina view. Watching the boats come and go can last all day and into the night. The fishermen are roaming about like ants at about 5:30 in the morning. 「The property is beautiful. The room was very well furnished. The pool is large and the perfect temperature. The staff at the resort is very friendly. It's a long walk to the marina but there are many transportation options. 」

「The room is clean. A terrace bar right outside my room. Quite convenient if you are lazy to walk out for drinks; you can just grab one at the bar. The noise doesn’t bother much coz the bar closes at 11pm. Good location, easy walks to the marina, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The air-conditioner is noisy and filter needs to be cleaned though. Considering a hotel room on a budget, this is a very good choice.」

「The only 2 negative issues preventing a 5 rating were as follows. 1. The AC in the separate 3rd BR was not working when we arrived, they did get it taken care of by the end of the 2nd day. Not sure why it wasn't checked before our arrival. 2. The master BR in Our unit had very thin roller blinds so provided lack of privacy to the patio at night and also the spotlights directly across the courtyard were shining directly into the Bedroom all night long. 」
