Great location but bathrooms was not clean.
Staff in the front desk is not very friendly but ok. Room was not very clean especially the bathroom floor was dirty. Bed and sheets are fine. Great location and simple breakfast. If you need a place to crash during short stay in Paris center is fine.

The stuffs are very helpful and friendly, they meet the requirements for what I want. Nice bakery and some restaurants are very close. But you may hear the sound from outside at night. Would definitely love to stay at this hotel again if I go to Paris again.

抵達的第一晚房間的冷氣機即故障 請櫃檯人員協助修理事宜 後續竟無音訊 且無法換房 整體感覺不佳但服務人員態度不錯 只是無法有解決冷氣問題!!住了三晚皆無冷氣!!

相隔兩年後第二次住這裡 這次房間在高樓層 所以日曬後房間比較熱 請飯店要求房務員在我們出門的時候不要關冷氣 也都可以配合做到 非常好的服務

Het zag er schoon uit, echter rook het in de hotelkamer erg muf. De douchekop mag een keer schoongemaakt worden. Door al het kalk kwamen niet alle stralen uit de kop. Het bed was aan de kleine kant (ik denk 140 breed). Het was prima.

Convenient location for the metro, and the staff were all extremely friendly. My only issue was with the energy saving features in the hotel room. It requires you to insert a room key card in a slot on the wall to turn on the lights and outlets, which is fine and prevents people from leaving the lights or AC on all day when they aren’t there. However, it was fairly annoying that the lights would automatically turn off randomly, every 10-15 minutes and then we would have to fumble in the dark flicking random light switches to get them to turn back on. Maybe we didn’t understand the system properly, but it would be better if the energy saving lights stayed on as long as the key card was in the slot on the wall. Using the washroom in the middle of the night and having the lights go out is not ideal. It’s a minor complaint since we didn’t spend a lot of time in our room, but that was usually at night so we noticed it every day. It really was our only complain about the property though.

The staff were wonderfully and so friendly, made checking in and out very easy and staying at the hotel enjoyable. Exactly what we needed for a short break in Paris, would stay again! :)

Highly recommend. Perfect location, good-sized room, comfy bed and very attentive staff. The location is really convenient, well connected and within walkable distance to many places of interest. The room was clean and spacious. Will definitely be back!

Idéal pour un séjour à Paris
Hôtel idéal. Bien situé, les chambres sont grandes et propres. On est à 5 min de republique et Oberkampf. Le personnel est très aimable. Je recommande et je reviendrai.

Het was een heel fijn hotel. De locatie is fijn je zit op een paar minuten loopafstand van de metro. Maar je kan ook makkelijk verder de stad in lopen. Er waren maar 2 nadelen dat was: dat het heel warm was op de kamer toen we aankwamen maar gelukkig was er een airco. Op de handdoek zaten vlekken en er lagen veel zwarte haren op het bed en in de badkamer.

We changed out room since the first room smelled really bad and the bathtub leaked water. The other room was better though it still had a weird smell. Staff was great and location is easy

nos colocaram em um quarto sem vista para a rua, eu não teria feito a reserva sem a promessa de ter uma vista porque não me sinto bem olhando para outros quartos e paredes. Reclamamos e não puderam nos mudar naquela noite, mas prometeram mudar na manhã seguinte. Isso por si só já achei um absurdo, pois havia pagado por um quarto com vista para a rua. Na manhã seguinte, uma atendente que não olhava na minha cara e não respondia nem sequer as minhas saudações, disse para a minha companheira que poderia nos mudar de quarto ao meio dia, quando haveriam alguns check outs, mas que quando outros hospedes fossem chegando teria que nos mudar novamente, pra um quarto também com vista, mas teria que nos mudar. Que falta de tato, eu já tinha uma reserva antes dos que chegariam, pq teriam que me mudar? Enfim, estressante, além de ter atrasado nossos planos, senti um racismo das meninas da recepção, embora eu não fale francês, sou um viajante educada que se importa em aprender as palavras do idioma do país que vai viajar, e elas simplesmente só falavam com a minha companheira, me ignoravam. O quarto cheirava mal, acredito que os carpetes acumulem muita sujeira. Todos os meninos da recepção foram educados e atenciosos, e muito obrigada a Karina do café da manhã, foi quem tornou a estadia mais leve. O gerente, Fabian, é mal educado e discute com os funcionarios na frente dos hospedes. A segurança é ruim, as vezes a recepção fica vazia e não pediram nenhum documento de id no check in.

Bonjour Nous sommes désolés si votre experience au 20 Prieuré Hôtel ne vous a pas convenu. Nos chambres triples sont pourtant appréciés des voyageurs et plus particulièrement au 5ème étage, avec le balcon. Mais nous restons un hôtel au coeur de Paris, les chambres sont rarement spacieuses. Je vous rassure que notre ménage est quotidien. N'hésitez pas à voir notre équipe disponible 24h sur 24 lorsque vous pensez avoir un souci dans votre chambre. We were welcome by Mohammad who was very accommodating and friendly.. On the 2nd day morning we commented that our bath was blocked and was told that someone will look into it but due to a miscommunication nothing was done. Kelvin who was working that day took upon him to help unblock the bath himself and brought fresh towels for us as the room was not made that day.. The following morning I accidentally left my mobile at the reception and the lady ( I’m sorry I forgot to ask your name ) who was at the reception kept it save for me. Excellent service all around… the housekeeper really clean the room well and found all the little things we misplaced or has fallen under the bed and put it on the bed so we can see it… The area itself had many eateries excellent public transportation… I am sorry I did not get the names of all the staff that was on duty but this will be my choice hôtel whenever I come to Paris again:)

Good location , nice staff and the place was fine enough. The bathroom was quite grubby, there was hairs on the walls when we arrived and the tub had seen better days. I was only here for two nights as it was a last min trip for a concert. I enjoyed my stay despite that.
