「Friendly staff, clean room.」

「This property was exactly what we were looking for to experience a beach front resort on Hilton Head for the first time. Beach access was great and the pool has been recently upgraded. The Beach House was an overall good experience for us.」

「We stayed for 4 nights at the end of May. The weather was amazing. The absolute best part of the hotel is the access to the beach. The worst part, we ran into several employees who were pretty cranky. A few of them were very wonderful, but the ones we interacted with the most, did not act like they wanted to be there. Not a huge deal breaker. The room was nice, the cleaning ladies were wonderful, the resort is nice. We rented bikes one afternoon and had a blast. If you want some DELICIOUS Thai...

「Great Vacation!! Excellent location, really nice pool area. Our room was a little dated, but very clean. Our microwave quit working but they came to look at it promptly. Even though they couldn’t fix the microwave, it was still a great stay. 」
