It was a nice Hotel. Me and my bestfriend enjoy being there. We love that it came with a fridge and a stove. The shower was really nice as well. We didn’t get any house keeping while being there but other than that I do recommend !

The rooms are clean, spacious and very well decorated and essential appliances are provided. Staff are friendly and professional and the complementary breakfast is sufficient and hearty. We'll be back, cheers!

Nice little boutique hotel away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Loved the kitchenette and balcony. We only stayed for 2 nights, looking forward to booking again when we are back in HHI!

Our room was very clean and I appreciate the housekeeping team. One of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in in awhile . The ground level suits for pets are great! The dog walking area right outside our door was easy for wake up walks. Property grounds were well kept. We enjoyed our stay. Negative was pet fee was a too much and on the very last morning we had a bug in the bathroom only one I saw the entire trip but not of fan of roaches or water bugs Great stay would stay again I think

It’s a beautiful area and building. But the rooms are very inconsistent. We were given a room that smelled HORRIBLE. Like many pets had lived there for years. We wonder if due to the low price sometimes these are used as longer term rentals than just a few nights. Service is also VERY bad. Some of the meanest service we have experienced. Very strange place. Looks beautiful but the cheap price is for a reason. We were unable to stay there and had to cancel due to unlivable condition of the room and now have to try and demand our refund for

Very clean hotel, but they don’t do the rooms on the daily basis if you want to you have to pay extra, and at the end they charge you 20 dollar a day

Nice hotel. Loved the area provided with grills and cornhole games and pool. Only downside for me personally was the bed wasn’t comfortable.

Had a room across from the pool. Very noisy. They had cornhole boards but were in the mud and had no bags. No paper towels or dish soap to clean the plates. Front staff needs to be a little more friendly. The room was a nice size. Very clean. Morning breakfast was good and changed every day. 24 hour coffee was nice too

The staff were incredibly courteous and kind. They all greeted us and asked us if we needed anything even when they were clearly engaged in completing another task. The rooms were very clean and well stocked. Very private and there were multiple safery latches on the door in case you have a wandering child or personal safety concerns. The kitchen was very handy and saved us a lot of money wasted on food the toddler would probably not eat anyway. There were two burners and a full refrigerator plus a dishwasher, dish and silverware setting for 4 in our double queen with pot and pan and spatula and cooking spoon. Any supplies you ran out of could be requested from the front desk including towels and extra dishwasher soap. The laundry facility functioned well. The dryers were super fast. I only needed 20 of 55 minutes to dry our loads. I was able to do a quick post beach load in about 50 minutes. Ample space to spread out and sleep. Single mom with a toddler and a preteen and they did great in this space. We enjoyed the pool as well but we spent more time at the beach than pool side. Easy to get to any of the beaches but clearly Coligny Beach is the best per my kiddos. You can ride the trolley there, rent bikes or drive there in about 5 minutes.

The staff do a great job of keeping the property clean. We had a couple issues sink and toilet the maintenence came and fixed immediately. There's a lot of raccoons on the property that are on the outside steps. The 2nd floor door does not close from the outside in building B so racoons can get in the building. The buildings do not connect to the front desk. I dont have a problem going to get my own towels from the front (which you need to) but you need to walk outside to get to the front to get towels so if its late at night..... also you have to again walk out to get to breakfast which is in the same area.
