「Staying in this place was very comfortable. Nice place for both short and long term vacation. We got a penthouse for 5 day staying. 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom was great for couples or family. Although the location was about 15 minutes uphill from the Golden town but the view was totally worth it. We didn't have time to try all the facilities in the place recommended by the staff. Overall, this was a great place if you travel to Banff or Jasper.」

「My son and I were in the room for the second day sick with food poisoning.. the staff here gave someone a keycard to our room and someone opened the door, seen us, apologized and then overheard the staff member say that there wasn’t anyone in that room. And the person insisted and said that they should be apologizing to us… ya that never came lol weird experience is all. Day staff and evening staff should definitely communicate and coordinate better. 」
