這是相隔兩年第二次入住，今次住了四晚，但相比兩年前的今天確令人非常失望，第一天的房間浴室去不了汚水，找人維修三次還是出問題，第二天再投訴才更換另一房間，以為好點！可是晩上座廁淤塞，又要找人上來通渠！其實浴室常有異味排出，並非單一房間問題！今次的住宿體驗十分差⋯⋯，

提供洗澡時玩樂的酒店
我們住在 313號房，是非常好的洗澡體驗，你會不斷和水溫調節器玩樂，因為只有每5-15秒互換一次的超級極度熱和超級極度冷，沒有之間。你只能處於被煮死或是被雪藏。這絕對是酒店的一個樂趣。 叫工作人員處理過一次，也是和平常一樣，只有當下看起來好像處理好，我們也覺得處理起來需要時間所以沒搞太多。 浴缸有上一手人的體毛，很嘔心。 Welcome Drink 也是從未遇過的搞笑，職員答我們就是早餐任飲的橙汁 其他的整體都很好，職員的禮貌也是好得不得了，而且任何人也看得出他們對小朋友是真心的熱愛，很有愛心

整體是不錯的，已經是第8次入住。這次行程 我們訂了7間poolview 但是check in 時才被告知房間有問題只能提供4間另外三間要轉cityview.另外補償了數天早餐給一些餐飲卷。不境也不是第一次發生了。希望下次能處理好一點

電視很多台冇聲！又沒有足球直播台！只開了年多，牆開始裂開！但價錢合理！我住了四夜二夜沒位 parking, 要拍去 at mind one, 另一天坐 shuttle 去領車！很不方便！

酒店附近方便shopping,有shuttle bus去三大商場，房間冷氣夠凍，地方寧靜舒適，員工有禮而且好幫忙，批評的是冲涼熱水好熱，較不到暖水，一係熱到燙手，一係凍到不得了，另外執拾房間比較求其，清潔不是太亁淨。
