“屬於新開的飯店,有幾項優點 1. 在百貨商場後方,購物十分便利 2. 床及棉被清潔度還不錯,好睡(可能是新開的緣故) 3. 早餐樣式很多 但是有幾項缺點 1. 隔音不良,可以很清楚地聽到門外及隔壁的聲音 2. 房內沐浴只有提供品質一般般的三合一清潔劑(洗臉/洗髮/沐浴一體),還是得自帶比較好 3. 飯店提供的浴巾/毛巾都有很重的化學合成香精味,個人是無法接受 4. 餐廳座位不多且擁擠,會讓人擁有緊迫及不好的用餐的體驗 5. 有免費wifi,但是速度慢,連看個youtube都會停頓”

“The listing states that there is an airport shuttle. A few days before our scheduled arrival, I emailed the hotel to arrange pickup. They responded with a phone number to call. We called and they instructed us to call back the day of. We called back the day of and were informed that they were unable to provide the service for me, suggesting that I take a taxi instead. When I arrived to the junior suite, I was shocked at the lack of cleanliness. The two large beds only had comforters and did not……

“I like best was all the staff wore the traditional suits on Friday, it’s most impressive and brightens up our day. The staff are warm and friendly. What I realized is the price difference? There’s no difference whether I walked in, as happened on my last visit on 1 July or as I booked through you despite the fact that you claim there’s 53% discount if we book hotel + flight together.”

“This was a good value option for a short stay in Pekanbaru. The building is modern, although it has touches of traditional style, the double height lobby is imposing and tha staff are very helpful. Our bedroom was large and well equipped, though we had to ask for a second towel as none was initially provided. Th3 main drawbacks are the location, which is on a busy main road and not very near places to eat and shop, and the Wi-fi, which was intermittent and slow when it worked at all. ”
