「We chose the Illinois River Valley because it is halfway between my home in Kentucky and my brother's home in Minnesota. It is in building Y nestled in a wooded corner of a cluster of lovely cedar-shingled fourplexes behind the Grand Bear Resort. You can walk to the St. Louis Canyon trail from the complex. 「Our family of four stayed here in a king room. It was a big room, large enough for us to set up two portable cribs for our kids and we could still walk around easily. The room smelled fresh and clean, we did move the couch and had to clean up some candy that was left on the floor. It appeared like the room was recently renovated because everything was in good condition - except there was no plug for the tub.
