  • Situated right in the heart of downtown Utica! This upstairs loft suite is beautiful and right above one of Utica’s best known restaurants Skoogs Pub and Grill. Walk out the door and you are steps from restaurants, shops, museums, bars, and so much more. No car needed to explore this great historic town! You will have access to bicycle rentals to bike to Starved Rock State Park as well and that can be set up for you!

A Little Getaway

The Mill Street Suite was perfect for a short getaway. We really enjoy Utica’s small town charm and offerings. We were able to enjoy a relaxing afternoon on Mill Street, a nice dinner and a hike at Starved Rock.

A great place to stay. Very clean and well kept. My wife used the word 'elegant' to describe the suite. The living area, bathroom, tub/shower, and bed were all top notch! Conveniently located right in town and close by to several beautiful State Parks in the area. Downtown Utica was great and all the local business were very accommodating and friendly. You are seconds away from several restaurants, wineries, breweries, and shopping. We look forward to going back. Access and communication was good also.

Everything was great! There was a fun block party and live band playing in the streets below and my husband and I were worried there would be too much noise, but it was really quiet. Cute, walkable neighborhood with lots of dining and local shops.
